This turnkey project, completed in 2023, can feed a planer line at up to 4,000 ft/min (1,200 m/min) with the capacity to take 1 or 2 bundles simultaneously up to 28 ft (8.5 m) long, 8 ft (2.4 m) high and 8 ft (2.4 m) wide. The design provides easy access to components for maintenance and is 100% electric. Equipped with an optional secondary elevator for continuous feeding, an automatic bundle leveler for easy de-stacking, pneumatic hammers for breaking up rows of wood as needed, and a chain retainer mechanism for controlling row descent.
