This project, completed in 2022, handles boards from 1’’ x 3’’ to 2’’ x 6’’ and from 6’ to 12’ at 150 pieces/min from the planer exit to the stacker. It consists of a receiving slat bed landing table, a double unscrambler, a live fence, a lug loader, a trimmer optimizer, an accu-gate positioning, a pneumatic clutch, a multi-saw line-shaft trimmer, smart tipples, a lumber sorter with continuous chain, a package maker and an automatic stick placing system. All equipment is 100% electric.
